  Je me suis rendu au magasin le 8 avril au matin afin de demander un devis pour une borne électrique.

Je suis reçu cordialement. La personne prends note sur un post it et dit qu'elle va revenir vers moi.

Ne sachant pas les délais, je téléphone le jeudi 21 avril afin d'avoir des informations. On me dit qu'on va regarder sur les post it et me donner des nouvelles rapidement.

2 semaines plus tard, je retourne en magasin. La personne qui me recoit me fait comprendre que ici tout est écrit sur des post it mais la personne post it n'est pas présente ! On va me contacter le lundi pour donner les informations.

Nous sommes 3 semaines plus tard et aucune nouvelle.

On parle, on prend votre projet mais incapable de tenir le rythme. Si vous êtes débordés il suffit de refuser le projet plutôt que de faire attendre les gens sans jamais revenir vers eux. Je comprends que vous soyez débordés mais alors ayez du respect pour le client et annoncez lui.
