UEA500: Eerste zonnepark in het Ecuadoraanse Amazonegebied<\/span><\/h1>\n

Een pioniersproject voor de energietransitie in Ecuador<\/h3>\n

Op 6 juni 2024<\/strong> ondertekende Belga Solar een historisch partnerschap voor de bouw van een zonnecentrale van 500 kWp in het Amazonegebied. Enkele maanden later, op 29 januari 2025<\/strong>, werd dit project werkelijkheid met de inhuldiging van het eerste fotovolta\u00efsche zonnepark in het Ecuadoraanse Amazonegebied<\/strong>, op de campus van de Universidad Estatal Amaz\u00f3nica (UEA)<\/strong> in Puyo.<\/p>\n

Dit project, genaamd UEA500<\/strong>, illustreert perfect waar Belga Solar voor staat: schone, toegankelijke en duurzame energie, gedragen door een voorbeeldige internationale samenwerking.<\/p>\n

Een zonne-installatie ten dienste van een universiteit en haar studenten<\/h3>\n

Het zonnepark bestaat uit 1.220 fotovolta\u00efsche panelen van Belga Solar<\/strong> en voorziet voortaan in 100% van de elektriciteitsbehoefte van de universiteit<\/strong>. Bijna 5.000 studenten en docenten<\/strong> profiteren rechtstreeks van deze lokale en hernieuwbare productie.<\/p>\n

Jaarlijks zal de installatie ongeveer 593 MWh groene stroom<\/strong> opwekken, goed voor een besparing van 287 ton CO\u2082eq<\/strong>. Meer dan cijfers alleen: een hele academische gemeenschap geniet vandaag van stabiele en duurzame energie, midden in het Amazonegebied.<\/p>\n

Een symbool van Belgisch-Ecuadoraanse samenwerking<\/h3>\n

UEA500 is het resultaat van een nauwe samenwerking tussen Belgi\u00eb en Ecuador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
