JOB DESCRIPTION

 As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer responsible for developing the commercialization of our photovoltaic panels within a network of installers and B2B partners.

You will join an experienced team in an agile, fast-growing environment, playing a key role in Belga Solar’s expansion. Your mission is to structure and accelerate commercial development across various segments (installers, distributors, PV sector players, and new international markets). 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively develop sales of photovoltaic panels to new installers in Belgium
  • Expand our distribution network through targeted partners (wholesalers, distributors, EPCs, specifiers, etc.) in Belgium and internationally
  • Manage, retain, and grow an existing client portfolio
  • Animate the commercial network through field initiatives (factory visits, client events, trade shows, trainings, Academy)
  • Contribute to strategic company projects (new products, new services, new markets)

 PROFILE

  • Strong motivation for business development, with initial commercial experience considered an asset
  • Good understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and client follow-up
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial drive
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English
